CLEAN THE BODY OF YOUR DOG, CURE FOR THE ELIMINATION OF TOXINS IN YORKSHIRE TERRIER DOGS

The body of our little dog (like ours) may contain accumulated toxic materials (due to ingestion of bad food, drugs, inhalation or contact with toxic products, etc..) anywhere in its cells, tissues and organs.

That's why, 2 times a year, it is good to think about getting rid of all toxins that hinder the good functioning of the body and internal organs.

IMPORTANT: Before doing anything verify that all your household products and ornamental plants are safe for your dog ou other pet. .

Especially
floor cleaners and products with which you clean the places where your dog sleep.

Minimize the use of strong cleaning products and bleach on the places where your dog is walking because they can be corrosive to the gastrointestinal tract and skin.

They can be absorbed by ingestion, inhalation and transdermal passage.

Personaly, I also avoid all products containing Inhibited ethylene glycol and propylene glycol!.( like in swiffer)

Onecourse of treatment of 3-4 weeks is recommended and can be repeated if necessary.

It is safest to start with minimal doses, but remind thattha body of small dogs usually metabolize plants fasster than large dogs.
they may eventually need to have more plants or other natural products than thw amount that was initially anticipated.

Home made detoxification cure

I recommend a combination of several plants for a maximum of detoxifying effect.

My little yorkies are therefore entitled, each year , of having a major cleanup of their little body with the plants below.

Take dandelion root and milk thistle at least 1/2 hour before meals. I recommendto give dandelion root on an empty stomach and the Milk Thistle 1/2 hour before the next meal.

You must give activated charcoal at least 2 hours apart from any other drug or natural product.

  1. Dandelion root

  2. We use the dandelion root, that is rich in antioxidants and minerals (potassium) as natural purifyer.
Its action on the liver and gall bladder facilitate the elimination of toxins through the kidneys.
They stimulate the sluggish liver and bile production. It is also recommended and very good to help dogs who vomit a little bit of bile in the morning.

    Daily dose
Give on an empty stomach or 1/2 hour before meals.
    >>> Powder or capsule: 25 to 30 mg per kg( weight of the dog)/ day.
    >>> Mother tincture: 1 drop per kg of weight. (Do not take more than 10 consecutive days because it contain alcohol).

  3. Milk Thistle
  4. Milk thistle is often used to help and stimulate liver function.
Milk thistle helps bile secretion, drainage of the gallbladder, and also helps in the digestion of fats, regulates blood sugar and cholesterol. It reduces intestinal inflammation and stimulates production of certain hormones.

Milk Thistle is recommended for animals that have taken medication for a long period of time. It helps the regeneration of liver cells. Use the seed extracts of Milk Thistle when your dog takes drugs that can be toxic to the liver (cortisone, chemotherapy, antibiotics). It helps more bile secretion, as well as drainage of the gallbladder. Milk thistle is used to control nausea.

    Daily dose
Give on an empty stomach or 1/2 hour before meals.
    >>> Powder or capsule: 25 to 30 mg per kg( weight of the dog)/ day.
    >>> Mother tincture:1 drop per kg of weight. (Do not take more than 10 consecutive days because it contain alcohol).

  5. Activated charcoal (vegetable charcoal)
  6. Activated vegetable charcoal is a powerful disinfectant, antitoxic and anti-poison.
It has the ability to capture and neutralize the harmful substances found in the digestive tract. it is not absorbed by the intestinal mucous membrane, it contributes to the removal of toxic substances that are found in the intestine.
It is very effective in neutralizing intestinal gas.
    Daily dose
Give activated charcoal at least 2 hours apart from any other drug or natural product
    >>> Capsule: 1/2 capsule each 2 days for 1 week. You can increase up to 1 capsule/day for 2 weeks if well tolerated.
You can skip day as needed. Give a Teaspoon of mineral oil if your dog get constipated. If youryorkie baby becomes too constipated, reduce the charcoal dose. IWe should never induce another health problem when trying to cure one!

    >>> Biscuit:Read the manufacturer's instruction.

  7. Homeopathy
  8. Complete the cleaning process and detoxification by homeopathic capsules for liver use for detoxification.

TIPS TO ADMINISTER capsules, tablets or liquid product to your dog
- You can mix the dtincture to a liquid product that your dog loves. I mix the drops to a teaspoon of yogurt or chicken broth.
- Use a dropper to put the liquid directly into the mouth of your dog if he likes the taste of the product.
- Insert the capsule into a small piece of cheese or a small piece of cold meat. You can also covert the capsule with peannu butter.

Other plants that can be used alternately with dandelion root and milk thistle.

- Artichoke
Stimulating the gallbladder (choleretic action), and liver protectant. It also has the property of lowering cholesterol and exert a hypoglycemic action.
Artichoke acts on constipation and promotes liver regeneration.

It also neutralizes over-acidity in the body by lowering uric acid levels and stimulating its removal by an increase in diuresis. It nourishes the blood pressure and relaxes the arteries.
It is useful in the treatment of rheumatic and arthritic.

It is also an effective aid in lactation in bitches.

- Black radishes
It has properties bile, that is to say that the black radish increases the amount and flow of bile.
It promotes the regeneration of liver cells and stimulates hepatobiliary activity.
The horseradish promotes liver detoxification, it helps control cholesterol and improve migraines original liver as well as digestive disorders of hepatic origin and constipation by stimulating bowel movements.

- Boldo
Boldo is recognized for its ability to stimulate the liver and gallbladder. There is also mild antiseptic for urinary tract and is used in the treatment of cystitis. When used at higher doses, Boldo leaf has sedative effects, but it is not recommended Boldo used in high doses. It is also used to relieve symptoms of constipation.
